Black Bean Brownies

Introduction

Your family will love this recipe - and since it contains no flour it is healthier than regular brownies.

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. low fat cooking oil
  • 15 oz. can black beans (almost two cups)
  • 3 tbsp. baking cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Preparation

  • Mix all ingredients in a kitchen mixer
  • Fill into a square baking form
  • Bake at 450F for 30 minutes
  • Let the Brownies cool down before you enjoy them

Serving Suggestion

The Black Bean Brownies go well with a nice espresso coffee or hot black tea.

For extra chocolate-y indulgence, serve them with a cup of our premium hot chocolate.
